Zentimart wants every purchase to be a positive experience. If you are unsatisfied, our return and refund process is designed to be easy and transparent.

Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Some products, including personalized or intimate items, cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return
Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your item. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The refunded amount may include deductions for restocking, return shipping, or taxes if applicable.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for another size, color, or style, reach out to our support team. Availability may vary, and additional shipping charges or price differences may apply. Sale items are refundable based on the original purchase price.

Shipping Instructions
Please pack the item carefully, include all original tags, accessories, and documentation, and display the RA number clearly on the package. Use the return address provided by our support team and consider a trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
